If Your Computer Was Protected by Computrace:

Time is of the essence! Complete the following steps as fast as possible and you will greatly increase your chances of getting your stolen computer back. To be eligible for the Service Guarantee (if applicable), you must complete all of the steps below.

• Corporate accounts (+10 licenses)
  Home Office / Computrace LoJack for Laptops (1 - 9 licenses)
• You will need the missing computer's electronic serial number (ESN), as well as any identifying documentation for your computer.
• You may also report a theft by phone: 1-800-81-THEFT (1-800-818-4338)
